  i asked the lady with short blond hair to cut 1in an a half off an she cut 6inchs off and I asked her for side bangs to my lips an she cut then to my eye an this morning they are to the top of my eyebrow because my hair shrunk since its dried down I'm PISST I will NEVER GO BACK THERE
