  Don't expect much of tour deposit back, as they charged me something like 400-500$ for cleaning a 2 bedroom apartment. We recommended our friends live their, too, as the apartment and garage itself are quite spacious and located in a nice area. However, they've had nothing but problems. They still don't have a mail key that Duke is responsible for supplying them (said they need to go to the Post office themselves!) And they kept raising the deposit amount AFTER they moved in. My experience was good overall. There's has been awful.
