  The staff was not prepared for the rush at 10AM leaving a new staffer behind the register, alone. I always give the benefit to new employees but he shouldnt have been learning (improvising)during a rush.He served a venti green tea in a paper cup with a bent rim, creating multiple spills. It was clean and the barista was nice.
