  I started seeing Dr. Bruce in October 2012 since my neck was always bugging me. Previously I would visit chiropractors for more of a quick fix which I thought worked for me. If I tweaked my neck or pinched a nerve in my back, then it was time to see a chiropractor. I always considered myself a healthy person and had always had sinus allergies — which I thought were normal.
  Bruce wanted to see me 2x/week to get started and then 1x/week after the first few months. The visits were always pretty short, around 10 min per session. Within 3 months my neck had completely stopped bugging me, so much so that I stopped noticing it and forgot it was a problem. My husband then started going to Dr. Bruce as well and we'd go in for adjustments 2-3x/month.
  
  After 2 years, I realized I hadn't refilled my allergy prescription in months. Additionally, I have had the flu once and a cold once in the last 2.5 years. That's huge!
  
  I realized how important our adjustments were most recently when we forgot to go in for over 8 weeks (and prior to that had not been regular). My neck was bugging me again and my allergies had come back. Once I started back again, within a few adjustments I felt significantly better.
  
  Chiropractic care under doctor Bruce has completely changed the way I look at healthcare and wellness. There shouldn't be quick fixes in medicine. You don't go to the gym once every few months, do an insane workout and expect to stay in shape. It's all about maintaining a healthy nervous system which is connected to everything in our bodies.
  
  We love going to Life Chiropractic and Dr. Bruce, Rene, Geri and Allyssa have all made it an amazing place to go!
