  I've gone back to the same location specifically because of one of the employees named Reneasha. She offers all the available features and protection plans, but never pushes anything on you. She'll straight up tell you that many of the Hertz and other rental places (especially at airports) sneak in additional costs but she risks her career and salary bonus so she can be the better person and treat her customers with the up-most respect. She's incredibly sweet and down to earth. I go out of my way to this specific dealership because of her. I cannot recommend her enough.
