  I visit DR Dale Ekstrum during an asthma attack. Before they would treat me they required a deposit up front. I had to wait gasping for breath in their lobby for 45 min. Then they said they would not give me breathing medicine unless I get an xray first. Afterwards they "balanced billed" me, which is after they received money from my insurance company at their negotiated rate. They charge me for the amount the insurance company would not pay, which is illegal to do.
